This Access Will Be Used For
- Uploading new inventory listings on behalf of the dealer
- Editing existing listings — price changes, spec updates, photos
- Marking units as sold or removing inactive listings
- Maintaining listing accuracy and consistency across platforms
This Access Will NOT Be Used For
- Viewing, accessing, or exporting customer contact or lead data
- Modifying account billing, subscription settings, or payment information
- Sharing, transferring, or distributing dealer credentials to any third party
- Any activity unrelated to inventory listing management
- Accessing any platform or account not listed in this document
Credential Handling
🔒 How we handle your login credentials
Login credentials are stored using a secure, encrypted password manager and are never stored in plain text, email, or printed documents. Credentials are only accessible by authorized Dealer Listing Agent personnel and will never be shared with third parties. Upon cancellation of services, all access will be revoked immediately. We recommend dealers create a dedicated sub-user login where the platform allows it — this keeps your primary credentials private and lets you revoke our access instantly without changing your own password.
Terms
This authorization runs month-to-month alongside the service agreement between both parties. There is no long-term commitment. Either party may revoke access at any time with written or verbal notice. Dealer Listing Agent agrees to cease all platform access immediately upon termination of services.
Electronic Signature
This authorization uses electronic signature in accordance with the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001). Typing your full name below and checking the consent box constitutes your legally binding electronic signature.
Dealer Listing Agent — Countersignature
Upon receipt of this authorization, Dealer Listing Agent will countersign and return a copy to the email on file. A timestamped record of this submission is retained automatically.
